I wanted a rugged phone and this one may be ok but there are some things I do not like. 1. The PTT button is in a spot where almost every time I pull it from the holder it gets pushed and I have to say no I don't want it. 2. I copied several ring tones to my SIMM card before putting it in this phone and I have yet to figure out how to put them on this phone.
